Thank you for choosing the “Power Hour” for focused, one-on-one coaching. Our sessions will be conducted via Ring Central Meeting. To ensure a smooth and effective coaching experience, please note the following important information:

Punctuality and Preparation:

• Please be punctual for your session. It’s crucial to make the most of the allocated hour.
• Come prepared to learn, take notes, and engage actively. Your commitment to implementing the knowledge gained is key to your success.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 fee.
• No-shows are also subject to a $75 fee.
• Refunds are only available if the session is canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice.

Responsibility and Results:

• By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge that the results you achieve are dependent on your commitment to apply the strategies discussed.
• While I am dedicated to providing valuable guidance, please understand that I cannot guarantee specific results as they depend on your actions and implementation.
• Fe Jones and Fe Jones Live are committed to supporting you, but we cannot monitor your implementation 24/7.

Refund Policy:

• Coaching sessions are non-refundable once commenced.
• For cancellations with proper notice, a full refund will be issued.
• The $75 fee for late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from the refund of the coaching fee paid during scheduling.

After Our Session

Upon the completion of our coaching session, I will provide you with a transcript and a recording of our session for your future reference. This will enable you to revisit our discussion, review key points, and continue to apply the insights and strategies at your own pace.
